保誠投信表示，在金磚四國當中，中國與巴西的債信表現卻勝過所有新興與成熟市場。譬如從明年的政府負債比來看，中國與巴西雖然分別為20.5%與42.9%，但都沒有超過60%的國際警戒區，且兩國在明年債務成長率也比今年分別下降5%與6.8%。

日本10月份工業生產增長幅度小於預期，對日本擺脫戰後最嚴重經濟衰退的復甦走勢造成阻力。

日本經產省表示，10月工業生產月增0.5%，是八個月以來的最小增幅。彭博社調查結果顯示，經濟師原先預估10月工業生產增加2.5%。
